2009/10 Committees and Chairpersons

Committee Descriptions
The strategic planning committee and the chapter president determine the exact committees needed during the chapter's fiscal year. The committees listed below are those that are generally in place on a year-to-year basis. All committees work closely with the chapter president on the goals and direction of the committee for the year.

Community Service Committee
This committee is responsible for achieving the goals set with this years' charity of choice.  Project updates may be found by visiting the Community Service Project tab listed under Chapter Profile on this web site. 

Member Meeting Programs: This committee is responsible for planning the general membership meetings. Member meeting programs are most commonly held on the third Thursday of the month.

Design Excellence Competition Committee: This committee is responsible for the organization of the design competition. This includes the development of the call for entry, arranging for jurying of the competition binders, coordination with the awards event committee and media representatives. Committee members are not eligible to enter the competition.
